Hydrocephalus in children is either treated by ventriculoperitoneal shunt or Endoscopic third ventriculostomy (ETV) dependingupon specific factors pertaining to clinical and radiological diagnosis. There are many complications of shuntand migration peritoneal scrotum, anal canal, urinarry bladder has been reported. The intra abdominal aremanaged a combined team work neurosurgeon Pediatric surgeon.We have reported case which patient was diagnosed as congenital hydrocephalus with lumbar myelomeningocele one yearback, Right sided passed initially followed repair. Now waspresented parents scrotal swelling, examination series X-rays showed lower end ofventriculoperitoneal pediatric surgeon consulted same institution, single incision at right inguinalligament used replace the migrated catheter into abdomen hernia repair.Key Words: Ventriculoperitoneal shunt, Scrotal migration, Post-operative
